About Zacharia Mohaswa
JHB Culinary and Pasty School’s Chef Zach achieved his Diploma in Culinary Arts through City and Guilds. Chef Zach has been sharing his knowledge as he was the Head Chef at our coffee shop Cinnamon Patisserie.
He is now one of our Culinary lecturers. Chef Zach Graduated in July 2022 he has completed his NQF Level 5 Tarde Test RPL. Chef Zach ran a Indian cuisine class but his favorite is the advanced cooking classes because he gets to experience more of the culinary side.
