About Mandy Sing

Started out as a student in 2015 and graduated in 2017, now holding the qualification for a Diploma Pastry and Culinary Arts. Mandy endeavored on a 3 month student exchange program between JHB Culinary & Pastry School and Lycee Le Castel in Dijon, France. Chef Mandy has now decided to pursue her passion for teaching the craft at JHB Culinary & Pastry School.
