About Mandy Sing

Chef Mandy Achieved her Diploma in Culinary arts in 2017 and her Diploma in Patisserie in 2018 both through City and Guilds of London.

Chef Mandy has done\ her internship at Dijon France at Lycée le Castel and then moved on to teaching, the Craft and became a lecturer, I have a passion for Food. Chef Mandy also love learning from students as well as teaching them, to set a foundation for the future chefs.

My favorite part of my career is creating food that brings people together. Teaching has allowed me to share all my culinary passions and explore everyday within my career.
