About Chef Lucky
Chef Lucky is a Patisserie graduate of JHB Culinary & Pastry School and he got to travel from South Africa to London for the ultimate work experience, sponsored by City & Guilds. Lucky spent three weeks in some of the top culinary and catering establishments in England, including the Ritz and was hosted by Chef Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. He even assisted Chef Claire Clark with catering at the Brit Awards. But it’s only the start of great things for Lucky as he aims to pay it forward by empowering, inspiring and enriching his students at JHB Culinary & Pastry School.
