Ingredients

  • 250g Cake Flour
  • 160g Butter
  • 65g Egg
  • 5g Salt
  • 1tbsp Milk

Method

  1. Crumb the butter and flour together.
  2. Add the salt.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Add the milk.
  5. Combine the mixture until it resembles a crumbly dough, then work it into a ball on a table surface and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to use.
  6. Use accordingly.
