Ingredients
- 250g Cake Flour
- 160g Butter
- 65g Egg
- 5g Salt
- 1tbsp Milk
Method
- Crumb the butter and flour together.
- Add the salt.
- Add the eggs.
- Add the milk.
- Combine the mixture until it resembles a crumbly dough, then work it into a ball on a table surface and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to use.
- Use accordingly.
