1 cup flour
5 ml vanilla essence
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder.
In a jar mix eggs, milk and vanilla essence.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until nice and smooth batter.
Scoop up and fry in a greased pan until the top bubbles, flip and cooked the other side.
Serve with fresh berries and syrup.
- Crumb the butter and flour together.
- Add the salt.
- Add the eggs.
- Add the milk.
- Combine the mixture until it resembles a crumbly dough, then work it into a ball on a table surface and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to use.
- Use accordingly.
