Ingredients

3 tablespoon all purpose flour
3 table spoon sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Method

1.Put the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a microwave safe mug.
2. Mix thoroughly with a fork and add the milk, oil and vanilla essence.
3. Mix until smooth then stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Microwave on high heat for 90 seconds, do not overcook or the cake it will
be dry. Let it cool down for 2 – 3 minutes before eating, can serve with vanilla
ice cream. In a jar mix eggs, milk and vanilla essence.
