COURSE DESCRIPTION

The National Diploma brings together elements of food and drink preparation and service as well as supervision to develop future hospitality service excellence individuals. The qualification is applicable to all sectors, from small restaurants to large scale hotels.​

QUALIFICATION
National Diploma (NQF level 5)​​

ON-SITE TRAINING​
18 months on-site and 18 months workplace training​

LEARNING PATH​
Once this qualification is achieved you may proceed to enroll for International Diploma in Patisserie ​
International Diploma in Culinary Arts​

COURSE CONTENT INCLUDES​
Job Readiness, Computer Skills, Entrepreneurship, Emotional Intelligence, Food Photography. Food Videography, General Workshops and a 1 Week Wine Course.​

Starter Kit Fee R 13 500 -payable upfront
Trade Test R 5 500 –Learners will only be awarded with the qualification after undertaking the Trade Test.

OPTION 1: Full settlement (Less 5% discount on course fee = R 130 245,00) , excluding trade test fee of R5 500. Payable prior commencing classes
OPTION 2: R 10 000 deposit(non refundable). Payable prior commencing classes + R3 530,50 X 36 months , excluding trade test fee of R5 500​​
OPTION 3: R20 000 deposit (non-refundable) + R3 252,70pm X 36 months, excluding trade test fee R5 500. Payable prior commencing classes​​
