Certificate of Completion

The total number of hours that the course on average requires is 260. This will be split between facilitation, working at the various food and beverage outlets at the school and working in industry. There will also be a variety of assessment methods used to ensure competence across all units of the programme.

• Internationally accredited Certificate through City & Guilds of London Institution

ON-SITE TRAINING
• Only practical lesson will occur on campus

• Once this qualification is achieved you may proceed to enroll for International Diploma in Patisserie
