Students team up into teams of 4 and compete against each other. They are required to cook a Starter, Main Dessert and Friandise. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners.

This event will be held at JHB Culinary and Pastry School – 85 Commissioner street corner Harrison, Marshaltown, JHB

This event targets everyone who is interested in the hospitality industry and refining their skills on a competition basis and on a world wide experience.
