The Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie is for those who wish to work in the hospitality industry and specialise in Patisserie. They will already have knowledge of the basic principles of kitchen work, or will demonstrate the commitment and enthusiasm to work and study in order to supplement their existing knowledge.
PLEASE NOTE: ENROLL IN THE 12 MONTH DIPLOMA IN PATISSERIE IF
1. You provide proof of an accredited Food Preparation and Cooking certificate
2. You provide proof of an accredited Diploma in Culinary Arts
3. Should you not have any of the above; you have to complete the 15 month Patisserie course which includes a 3 months bridging segment as an introduction to the Patisserie Diploma.

20 weeks on site lessons which includes 30% theory and 70% hands-on practical classes
20 weeks of experiential training at one of our partner organizations including hotels, restaurants and other food establishments
