He has international experience having worked in the USA, Australia, France, Spain and Italy. A member of the SA Culinary National Team who has won many accolades and has also been a preliminary judge of the Master Chef.

Lucky first met the City & Guilds Group Management Board at a dinner catered by JHB Culinary & Pastry School, where he studied a Diploma in Patisserie.
Mandy endeavored on a 3 month student exchange program between JHB Culinary & Pastry School and Lycee Le Castel in Dijon, France.
