About Faizel Klaasen
I have always wanted to be a chef, so when I heard about JHB Culinary & Pastry School I immediately enrolled. I started in Pastry and later did chocolatier course. As a lecture I’m very tolerant and patient but I do expect the students to bring their part to make their experience exciting.
There is a science behind pastry making not only does it boggles the mind but it comforts the soul.
