He has international experience having worked in the USA, Australia, France, Spain and Italy. A member of the SA Culinary National Team who has won many accolades and has also been a preliminary judge of the Master Chef.
Lucky first met the City & Guilds Group Management Board at a dinner catered by Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry, where he is studying a Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie at the JHB Culinary & Pastry School (JCPS).
He started out as a pastry student at JHB Culinary & Pastry School the year 2015(diploma in patisserie).
I enjoys giving back, so being part of a school like JCPS has given me the opportunity to do just that,
I studied Advertising Management with a bit of travel. I see myself becoming a citizen of the world.
I came into JCPS wanting to add on to my portfolio of experience but I have enjoyed being part of the family. I have found joy in teaching others, watching a student walk in with no skills and by mid-year they have become artist in their craft.
